Admissions Roadmap

Step 1

Completing the Online Application Form or collect one from the office.

(Please complete the Admission Application form, ensuring that all the fields are completed accurately).

Scheduling the Introductory meeting

The admin team will contact you to confirm the day of interaction with the administrative team.

Step 3

Interaction with the Administrative team & School tour.

A conjoining meeting to understand the principles, policies and functioning of the school along with a guided tour of the school.

Step 4

Interaction Session with the Applicant.

A one to one interaction with the applicant.

Step 5

Admissions Counseling and Enrollment

In consultation with the Admissions department to understand the fee structure, transport facilities, food provided at the school etc..

A written assessment on the day of interaction with the administrative team. will be scheduled for students applying for grade 1 & above. Students applying for Grade 1 to Grade 5 has to sit through a written assessment in English, General aptitude and Mathematics. Grade 6 and above would sit through a written assessment in English, Mathematics and Science.

In consultation with the Admissions department to understand the fee structure, transport facilities, food provided at the school etc..

Follow up after personal interaction

Following a successful interaction session, the Admissions Department will contact you via phone with an offer of Admission for your child. You are then expected to secure your ward’s seat of admission at K’sirs International School with submission of all the necessary documents mentioned and complete the payment of relevant school fees within 10 working days.

Parents are requested to carry valid Original ID cards for them and the applicant on the date of admission confirmation. The admission offer, if not accepted and seat not taken for the applicant within 10 days, is considered to have lapsed the period of validity. Hence, the School reserves the right to offer this seat of admission to the next deserving applicant.

As you join us, the parent’s login credentials are created in various School-Parent communication platforms. You will receive updates from the school through these platforms.

Admission Documentation

Parents are requested to submit a copy of the following documents at Admissions Department prior to fee payment, to secure a seat of confirmation for their child(ren):

  • Valid Aadhar copy
  • Birth Certificate (attested)
  • Transfer Certificate (attested)
  • Immunization or Vaccination schedule
  • Five passport size photograph of the applicant
  • One passport size photograph for both parents
  • Passport inside pages of applicant

*Please carry both Aadhar card in original – one for the applicant and either Parent ID card (Mother / Father)

Waiting lists

Due to overwhelming response and oversubscribed application, we are sorry to see applicant names in the waiting list.

Waiting lists at K’sirs International School can be extensive, hence parents are requested to reserve their ward’s seat at the earliest possible to avoid disappointments at later stages. The School may decide to close applications at any given time, prior to commencement of the Academic Session.

Please note movement through the waiting lists can be a slow process. However, as soon as a seat becomes available, the admissions team will contact you immediately.

Admission Cancellation

In the rare case that you may wish to withdraw your child’s admission from K’sirs International School, we shall endeavor to follow all the necessary guidelines and make the process as smooth as possible. Further information will be available on request.

Student Withdrawals

Parents must inform the school admissions department in writing if intending to withdraw child(ren). Leaving documents (Transfer Certificate) will be given on the last day of attendance, if a minimum of ten clear working days’ notice has been given.
