K’sirs the brainchild of Mr.Devapprakash and Mrs.Lalitha Prakash, opens up its gates to children who wish to break from the monotony of rote learning and dive into a plethora of opportunities to shape their lives. A well-equipped eco-friendly environment with a versatile team of teaching and non-teaching staff guide our energetic children in their day-to-day activities at school. We encourage children to learn from their mistakes, as mistakes done bear proof that children are trying. Team K’sirs was formed and inaugurated.
2008
Year 1 at K’sirs with Montessori, grades 1, 2 & 3. K’sirs introduces schooling in casual uniform.
2010
Received Cambridge affiliation for IGCSE, AS & A level.
2011
Our students interact with Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam at the Siruthuli exhibition.
2012
K’sirs, the first school in Tamilnadu to sign up for “Carbon Neutral”, an initiative to neutralize carbon emission in the campus in collaboration with CII – Young Indians.
2013
ICSE council approved the provisional affiliation for K’sirs.
2014
K’sirs shoppee; Our kids in-school entrepreneurial venture takes shape.
2016
K’sirs is now an ISC school. Our first batch of grade 10 students appear for ICSE.
2017
K’sirs is the only school in the city to get permanent affiliation from the CISCE council.
2018
K’sirs Pre-Primary, an idiosyncratic curriculum developed for the age group 2.5yrs – 5.5 yrs.
2020
We are now a full fledge virtual school owing to the pandemic, yet working best to keep to our principles.
2022
The year of travel safety and awareness. Gained a place in Kalam's book of world records.
